1, Classify by shape
Circular container bag
The bag is cylindrical in shape, with uniform force distribution, strong load-bearing capacity, and good stability.
Suitable for filling particles or powder materials with good fluidity (such as grains and chemical raw materials).
Square container bag (or rectangular)
The bag is rectangular in shape, which saves space when stacked and facilitates pallet transportation and storage.
Commonly used in container transportation, it can improve loading efficiency.
2, Classified by sling structure
Top sling (single ring/double ring)
The sling is located at the top of the bag and is divided into single loop (one set of sling) or double loop (two sets of independent sling).
The single ring structure is simple, while the double ring structure is safer and can be lifted separately.
Bottom sling (bottom cover type)
The sling extends to the bottom of the bag, which disperses the force when lifted and has a stronger load-bearing capacity, making it suitable for heavy goods such as ore and building materials.
Side sling type
The sling is located on the side of the bag for easy lateral lifting, but its load-bearing capacity is relatively weak.
3, Classified by import and export design
Fully open type (open type)
The top is completely open, with fast loading speed, suitable for forklift or pipeline loading.
It needs to be sealed with a tie or rope lock.
Half open (PE lined)
There is a partial opening at the top, usually equipped with PE lining, which is moisture-proof and dustproof, suitable for materials with high packaging requirements.
Closed type (ordinary/leak proof valve port)
There are inlet and outlet ports at the top and bottom, which are controlled to open and close by valves.
Ordinary valve port: used for granular materials.
Leak proof valve port: Extended design or double-layer sealing to prevent powder leakage.
4, Classified by usage function
Normal type
Standard structure, suitable for general industrial products, agricultural products and other materials without special requirements.
Anti static type
Weave conductive wire or use anti-static coating for flammable and explosive chemicals (such as resins, powder coatings).
Conductive type (fully conductive)
The bag body is conductive as a whole, which can quickly dissipate static electricity and is suitable for high-risk flammable environments.
Moisture proof type (lined with PE/aluminum film coating)
Equipped with PE film or aluminum coating, it is moisture-proof and oxygen resistant, suitable for materials that are prone to moisture (such as food and pharmaceutical raw materials).
High temperature resistant type
Using high-temperature resistant materials (such as polypropylene modified fibers) for use in high-temperature environments (such as cement and slag).
food-grade
Use materials that meet food hygiene standards (such as food grade PP), free from contamination and odor.
5, Special structural types
One time type (disposable)
Low cost, used for single shipment, commonly seen in export packaging.
Recyclable (reusable)
The material is more durable, reusable, and suitable for domestic circular logistics.
Box type container bag (reinforced type)
Add a hard frame or reinforcing plate to the bag body to maintain its three-dimensional shape and facilitate the stacking of irregular items.
Slope bottom type (conical bottom)
The bottom is designed as a cone shape, which facilitates the complete discharge of materials and reduces residue.
