Type of Single Loop FIBC Bags
Cylindrical container bag
This is a commonly used container bag shape, especially the reusable type is the most widely used. It is suitable for loading various bulk materials, such as urea, sodium sulfate, feed, etc. Cylindrical container bags have good sealing, high strength, almost zero bag breakage rate, low cost, and can be reused for a long time.
Square container bag
Due to its high loading efficiency and transportation stability, it has developed very rapidly in recent years. The height of a square container bag of the same volume can be reduced by about 20% compared with a cylindrical one, but the material used for bag making is not saved. Square container bags can be reused, but more often they are disposable.
Conical container bag

Big Bags or FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) are made of various synthetic plastic fabrics that are 100% recyclable:
Polypropylene (PP) is used to make the bags: A lightweight type of plastic that does not lose its strength with temperature change, durable and tear-proof.
Woven Polyethylene (PE) is used to make liners: A fabric that dries quickly and withstands toil and stains.
These synthetic plastic fabrics are extensively used in the packaging industry. The plastic is melted down at very high temperatures. Then it is molded into long strips that will be woven to create a strong plastic lattice.
