The main structural features of container bags include high-strength materials, modular lifting design, optimized sealing and discharge port, and foldable lightweight structure.
Core structural features
Material and weaving process
The base fabric is made of synthetic fibers such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE) through weaving and laminating processes, and has tensile and impact resistance.
The sewing adopts a special seam structure to enhance the durability of the bag and reduce the risk of tearing.
Lifting and load-bearing design
The top is equipped with a metal ring or sling, and reinforced slings are distributed on all four sides to support mechanical lifting (such as forklifts, cranes), and adapt to various lifting methods such as top lifting, side lifting, and bottom lifting.
Anti-slip pads are often designed at the bottom to improve placement stability.
Sealing and loading and unloading optimization
The bag mouth adopts a lock design to prevent leakage, and some models are equipped with a discharge port (such as a bottom opening) to facilitate quick loading and unloading of materials.
Barrier materials with heat-sealing/glue-sealing technology are moisture-proof, dust-proof, acid-proof and alkali-resistant.
Capacity and durability
The standard capacity range is 0.5 to 2 tons and can be customized according to needs.
Complies with national standard GB/T 10454-2000 to ensure structural strength and transportation safety.
Lightweight and environmentally friendly
Lightweight and foldable design reduces empty bag storage space and supports recycling to reduce costs.
