The manufacturing process of oversized bags mainly includes the following steps:
Determine the size and printing manuscript: First, determine the size of the oversized bag according to customer needs. Common oversized bag sizes are 53×46cm, etc. Printing manuscripts can be provided according to samples or customer designs, and the printing content is usually simple to keep the bag simple and beautiful.
Film blowing and plate making: Film blowing is to heat and melt plastic particles, extrude them through an extruder, and then blow them into plastic film through a blower. Plate making usually takes about 5 days, and you can choose to rent a plate making factory for plate making.
Printing: Send the blown plastic film to the printing factory for printing. The printing process includes printing the designed pattern and text on the film.
Sealing and cutting: The printed roll needs to be sealed and hollowed out, which is the last step in the formation of plastic bags. Modern sealing and cutting machines can form in one step without punching and hollowing.
Handle processing and sewing: For extra-large bags with handles, the handle part needs to be processed. You can choose to use methods such as close-stitching, hemming or hemming to increase durability and aesthetics. Then connect the handle part, sew the two sides, and finally fold the two sides of the bag bottom in and fix it.
