Q1: Can I get samples?
Yes. We provide free samples for testing purposes. If any adjustments are needed, we will modify the design until you find the optimal packaging solution for your needs.
Q2. Do you support small-batch OEM/ODM orders?
Yes, we provide a stepped service of "sampling - trial production - mass production":
• Sample orders: 1-10 pieces (7-10 working days)
• Small-batch trial orders: 50-200 pieces (10-15 working days)
• Mass production orders: Produce according to the scale specified in the agreement.
Q3. Do you have a factory?
Yes, we have two production bases in Hebei, China. You are welcome to visit our company and factories. We are a company integrating production and trade, and we provide professional packaging and transportation solutions for our customers.
Q4. How is the FIBC packaged and transported?
The standard packaging is to fold and compress it, and then tie it up. There are approximately 100-200 pieces per pallet (subject to the model). A moisture-proof film wrapping service is provided.
Q5. How to customize FIBCs of special specifications?
Please provide the following information:
1) Dimensions (length × width × height)
2) Required load-bearing capacity and characteristics of the filling materials
Leak-proof, moisture-proof, waterproof, UV-resistant, ventilated, able to withstand high temperatures, etc.
3) Process requirements
Types of lifting straps, design of the inlet/discharge port, printing, etc.
4) Requirements for the weight of the bag
For the ton bags currently in use, what is the weight of each bag? If you know, you can provide the relevant data.
