PE Lined FIBC is composed of an outer layer of polypropylene (PP) woven fabric and an inner layer of polyethylene (PE) film, which are compounded through heat sealing or adhesive bonding processes. It combines the high strength of PP and the excellent barrier properties of PE.

  • Outer Layer: The PP woven fabric is tensile-resistant and impact-resistant, with a load-bearing capacity of 500-3000 kg, meeting the transportation requirements of different specifications.
  • Inner Layer: The PE film (usually with a thickness of 80-200μm) fits seamlessly with the woven fabric, forming a fully enclosed inner lining that effectively blocks water vapor, dust, and chemical substances.
